GazeteMLSA calls for new journalists for upcoming editions

GazeteMLSA is inviting aspiring journalists to be part of its newsroom to prepare two upcoming editions. The long-term journalism program, organized by the Media and Law Studies Association (MLSA), is designed for communication students, early-career journalists, and those looking to enhance their skills. Participants will have the opportunity to work alongside veteran journalists and gain hands-on experience in a professional newsroom setting.

The seventh News Workshop, hosted by MLSA, will feature an in-person meeting from November 14-17, 2024, in Istanbul. In addition, online newsroom meetings will take place throughout October, and the application deadline is October 5, 2024.

Coordinated by Gökçer Tahincioğlu, Ankara representative of T24, and Banu Tuna, General Secretary of the Journalists' Union of Turkey (TGS), the seventh edition of GazeteMLSA is scheduled for release in February 2025.
