On Tuesday, September 5, at 09:10, the trial of Hayko Bağdat, represented by the Media and Law Studies Association (MLSA), will continue at the 28th High Criminal Court. Bağdat faces charges of "making propaganda for a terrorist organization" under Article 7/2 of the Anti-Terror Law (TMK) based on his social media posts between 2015 and 2019.

The trial of journalist Ruşen Takva, who is being prosecuted for “allegedly disseminating misleading information to the public”, will be held on Wednesday, September 6, at 4:10 p.m. at the 1st Criminal Court of First Instance in Hakkari. Takva's trial is related to his social media posts and the charges are based on Article 217 of the Turkish Penal Code.

On Thursday, September 7, the trial of journalist Mansur Çelik, who reported on Deputy Justice Minister Akın Gürlek's decision during his tenure as the President of Istanbul's 14th High Criminal Court, will be held at Ankara's 22nd High Criminal Court. Çelik is being prosecuted under Article 6/1 of the Anti-Terror Law (TMK) for "targeting a public official fighting against terrorism under legal protection."

On Friday, September 8, at 11:40 am, the trial of journalist Ziya Çiçekçi, will be held at Istanbul's 33rd High Criminal Court. Çiçekci facing charges of "making propaganda for a terrorist organization". These allegations are based on posts made on various dates in 2017 on the social media account of Yeni Özgür Politika newspaper, where Çiçekçi serves as the editor-in-chief.
