Gökhan Öner, a reporter for the shuttered pro-Kurdish news agency Dihaber, was arrested by a court on 6 May according to a report by the Mezopotamya News Agency.
Öner was taken into police custody on 28 April along with four others.
He was put under pre-trial detention by a Criminal Judgeship of Peace in Denizli on charges of "membership in a terrorist organization" after a prosecutor requested their formal arrest.
According to Mezopotamya, the evidence against Öner include news reports on his computer which he prepared while he still worked for Dihaber and an anonymous tip-off about him.
The other four were released under judicial probation measures.
Öner's brings the number of journalists and media workers in prison to 182.
