December 9, Monday
10:00 AM – The 12th hearing of the case against Yağmur Kaya, represented by MLSA, and 51 Boğaziçi University students, charged with "violating the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations No. 2911," will be held at Istanbul 17th Criminal Court of First Instance.
10:30 AM – The second hearing of the case against writer Yavuz Ekinci, charged with "spreading propaganda for a terrorist organization" due to fictional statements in his 2014 novel The Divided Dreamers, will be held at Istanbul 23rd High Criminal Court.
11:00 AM – The first hearing of the case against photojournalist Bülent Kılıç, filed by former Istanbul Security Branch Director Hanifi Zengin for "insult," will be held at Istanbul 67th Criminal Court of First Instance.
December 10, Tuesday
9:35 AM – The 14th hearing of the case against journalist Sonya Bayık, who was prosecuted alongside activists for following a press statement in Hasankeyf, will be held at Batman 9th Criminal Court of First Instance.
10:40 AM – After the Court of Cassation’s 3rd Criminal Division overturned the 18-year prison sentences given to Mücella Yapıcı, Ali Hakan Altınay, and Yiğit Ali Ekmekçi, the 4th hearing of their trial on charges of "violating the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations" will be held at Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court.
December 12, Thursday
9:45 AM – The first hearing of the case against journalist Zeynep Kuray, represented by MLSA, for "propaganda" due to her social media posts, will be held at Istanbul 26th High Criminal Court.
10:00 AM – The second hearing of the case against Sinan Aygül, President of the Bitlis Journalists Association, who was accused of "threatening" one police officer and two bodyguards of Tatvan Mayor Mehmet Emin Geylani, following an attack on him, will be held at Tatvan 1st Criminal Court of First Instance.
10:25 AM – The case against journalist Evrim Kepenek for "insult" due to her reporting on an individual charged with child abuse will be heard at Selçuk 1st Criminal Court of First Instance.
11:00 AM – The third hearing of the case against lawyer Adile Salman, charged with "membership in a terrorist organization" based on the confessions of informant Ümit Akbıyık, will be held at Diyarbakır 5th High Criminal Court.
11:10 AM – The third hearing of the case against lawyer Necat Çiçek, charged with "membership in a terrorist organization" based on the confessions of informant Ümit Akbıyık, will be held at Diyarbakır 5th High Criminal Court.
2:00 PM – The 25th hearing of the case against journalist Can Dündar and the editor-in-chief of the now-closed Özgür Gündem newspaper, İnan Kızılkaya, for "insulting a public official" in relation to their participation in the ‘On-Duty Editorial Director’ campaign in solidarity with the newspaper, will be held at Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.

9:20 AM – The 14th hearing of the case against artist Ferhat Tunç, charged with "terrorist organization propaganda," will be held at Istanbul 37th High Criminal Court.
10:45 AM – The second hearing of the case against journalist Furkan Karabay, charged with "insulting the president," will be held at Istanbul 74th Criminal Court of First Instance.
