Tuesday, November 19
09:00 AM – The trial of 18 journalists, with the number of journalist defendants increasing to 22 after consolidating cases in the previous hearing, will continue at the Diyarbakır 4th High Criminal Court. The journalists are being tried on charges of "membership in a terrorist organization." MLSA supports the defense of journalists.
09:05 AM – The seventh hearing of journalist Baransel Ağca’s trial, in which he is charged with "illegally obtaining or spreading personal data" for publishing the autopsy report of journalism student Yeldana Kahraman, who died under suspicious circumstances in Elazığ in 2019, will be held at the Elazığ 8th Criminal Court of First Instance.
09:10 AM – The trial of journalist Hayko Bağdat, represented by MLSA, on charges of "terrorist propaganda," will be held at the Istanbul 28th High Criminal Court.
09:30 AM – The trial of 30 people, including the administrators of the "Ajans Muhbir" account, Süha Çardaklı and Serkan Kafkas, for allegedly "inciting hatred and hostility," "publicly disseminating misleading information," and "threatening to cause public fear and panic," will be held at the Ankara 7th Criminal Court of First Instance.
10:05 AM - The fifth hearing of the trial against 8 people who were detained after BEKSAV Sinema Kolektifi organized a film screening for LGBT+ Pride Month, charged with violating Law No. 2911 on Meetings and Demonstrations, will take place at the Istanbul Anadolu 45th Criminal Court of First Instance.
10:50 AM – The third hearing of journalist Furkan Karabay’s trial on charges of "insult" and "defamation" following a complaint by former President Erdoğan's lawyer, Mustafa Doğan İnal, will be held at the Istanbul 5th Criminal Court of First Instance.
Wednesday, November 20
09:00 AM – The trial of journalist Hayri Demir, who is being retried on charges of "membership in a terrorist organization" and "terrorist propaganda" based on photos found on an external drive discovered in the trash, will be held at the Ankara 15th High Criminal Court.
09:50 AM – The fifth hearing of the 150,000 TL compensation case filed by Yakup Ali Kahveci, the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Antalya, against Furkan Karabay will be held at the Istanbul 12th Civil Court of First Instance.
Thursday, November 21
09:38 AM – The ninth hearing of journalist Metin Cihan’s trial, charged with "insulting a public official" after a complaint by former Energy Minister Berat Albayrak, will be held at the Istanbul 36th Criminal Court of First Instance.
09:40 AM – The trial of journalist Abdullah Kaya, represented by MLSA, on charges of "aiding a terrorist organization" and "terrorist propaganda," will be held at the Ağrı 2nd High Criminal Court.
11:40 AM – The trial of journalists Barış Pehlivan and Ozan Alper Yurtoğlu on charges of "insulting the president" and "insulting a public official" for reporting on the CHP’s 'SaBıKa Holding' pamphlet in Cumhuriyet newspaper will be held at the Istanbul 15th Criminal Court of First Instance.
02:00 PM – The fourth hearing of the trial against journalist Barış Terkoğlu, charged with "insulting a public official" following a complaint by Şaban Yılmaz, İsmail Uçar, and Mehmet Yılmaz, will be held at the Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
Friday, November 22
10:10 AM – The trial of Faruk Eren and Bülent Özdoğan for failing to publish a correction and response from Sabaz Holding, will be held at the Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
10:25 AM – The fourth hearing of the trial against İnan Kızılkaya, former Editor-in-Chief of Özgür Gündem, and İhsan Çaralan, who served as Guest Editor-in-Chief for one day in solidarity with the newspaper, on charges of "insulting the president" will be held at the Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
10:30 AM – The fourth hearing of the trial against Osman Akın, the Editor-in-Chief of Yeni Yaşam newspaper, charged with "publicly degrading the Turkish state, the military, or the police" under Article 301 of the Turkish Penal Code for a report published in the newspaper, will be held at the Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
