26 December, Tuesday
- 10.15 - The case filed against Mehmet Göcekli, Editor-in-Chief and Concessionaire of Demokrat Haber on "making propaganda for an illegal organization" with his social media posts, will be heard at Istanbul 27th High Criminal Court.
- 09.55 - The case filed against journalist Levent Gültekin on "insulting the president" on the grounds of his speeches in the program ‘Two Commentaries with Levent Gültekin and Murat Sabuncu’ broadcast on Halk TV in 2022 will be held at Bakırköy 44th Criminal Court of First Instance.
27 December, Wednesday
- 13.30 - The case filed against Cihan Kolivar, President of Bread Producers Union, due to "publicly humiliating a section of the public based on social class differences," "publicly humiliating the Turkish nation," and "insulting the president" due to his statement “bread is fundamental food of retarded nations” will be heard at Istanbul 17th Criminal Court of First Instance.
Thursday, December 28th
- 10.40 - The case filed against Abdullah Kaya, defended by MLSA, on "membership in a terrorist organization" and "making propaganda for a terrorist organization" will be heard at Ağrı 2nd High Criminal Court.
