13 November, Monday
- 10.00 - The trial of journalists Ahmet Altan, Yasemin Çongar, Yıldıray Oğur, Tuncay Opçin, and Mehmet Baransu will continue at Istanbul Anatolian 2nd High Criminal Court. They are facing charges of "destroying, misusing, fraudulently obtaining, stealing documents related to the state's security" and "obtaining confidential documents related to the security of the state, disclosing information that should remain confidential regarding the security and political interests of the state."
14 November, Tuesday
- 09.20 - The case trial against Vice News reporters Philip Gingell Hanrahan and Philip John Pendlebury due to "aiding an illegal organization" for filming a documentary during curfews will continue at Diyarbakır 8th Assize Court.
- 10.40 - Former Diyarbakır Bar Association President and lawyer Mehmet Emin Aktar will appear before the judge at Diyarbakır 5th Criminal Court of First Instance as part of the case filed against him for "targeting people who took part in the fight against terrorism".
- 11.10 - The case filed against 7 people, including journalist Şehriban Alkış, due to "violating Law No. 2911 on Meetings and Demonstrations", "resisting to prevent the execution of duty", "obstructing the activities of a public institution" and "damaging public property" will be held at Istanbul 23rd Criminal Court of First Instance.
- 14.00 - The trial of the case filed against the retired military judge and IYI Party Chief Advisor to the Chairman, Ahmet Zeki Üçok, as well as Cumhuriyet newspaper writers Barış Pehlivan, Barış Terkoğlu and Mehmet Ulutaş will continue in the 70th Criminal Court of First Instance in Ankara. The allegations against them include "slander" and "insulting a public officer."
- 14.30 - The trial filed against journalist Merdan Yanardağ due to "insulting the president" upon the complaint of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will continue at Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
16 November, Thursday
- 09.00 - The case filed against academic Hifzullah Kutum due to "making propaganda for an armed organization" for using the word "Kurdistan" in his social media posts will be held at Elazığ 2nd Assize Court.
- 09.30 - The case filed against Etkin News Agency editor Pınar Gayıp due to "illegal organization membership" will be held at Eskişehir 2nd Assize Court.
- 10.00 - The trial of 7 people, including Workers' Party of Turkey (TİP) Adana provincial chair Hakan Çayan, who was charged with "insulting the President" due to "We Can't Make a Living Protest," will continue at Adana 35th Criminal Court of First Instance.
- 10.20 - Journalist Neşe İdil, defended by MLSA, will appear before the judge for the first time at Istanbul 22nd Assize Court in the case filed against her due to "propaganda" through her social media posts.
- 10.45 - The trail filed against journalists Barış Pehlivan and Ozan Alper Yurtoğlu due to "insulting the President" and "insulting a public official" will be heard at Istanbul 15th Criminal Court of First Instance.
- 11.30 - The case against writer and poet Gökhan Yavuzel, defended by MLSA, due to "making propaganda for a terrorist organization" will be held at Şanlıurfa 5th Assize Court.
- 11.50 - The case filed against Yetkin Yıldız, Editor-in-Chief of the shut-down website aktifhaber.com, due to "insult" and "slander" will be heard at Bakırköy 31st Criminal Court of First Instance.
- 12.00 - The trial against journalist Sedef Kabaş due to "insulting the President" will continue at Istanbul Anatolian 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
- 14.30 - The case trial against journalist Barış Pehlivan, released from probation and arrested on 15 August, will continue at Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
17 November, Friday
10.30 - The case filed against journalist Sibel Hürtaş due to "insulting a public officer" upon the complaint of Brigadier General Subutay Adas will be heard at Ankara 19th Criminal Court of First Instance.
