Anti-terror police gives testimony about Özgür Gündem raid
Third hearing of the trial where 22 Özgür Gündem journalists are tried on charges of “resisting a public official to prevent them from performing their duty” and “libel” was held at İstanbul 5th Criminal Court of the First Instance; following the testimonies from the complainant police officer and four other witnesses, the trial was adjourned until 19 June.

Court rules continuation of journalists Şahin and Gayıp’s arrest
The Prosecutor announced their opinion as to the accusations during the third hearing of the trial where Etkin News Agency (ETHA) editor Semiha Şahin and reporter Pınar Gayıp are tried whilst in detention on charges of "membership in a terrorist organization" and "spreading terrorist propaganda," which was held at İstanbul 23rd High Criminal Court today. The court ruled the continuation of the journalists' arrest and adjourned the trial until March 27.

Can Dündar’s hearing adjourned
Hearing of journalist Can Dündar, accused of “publishing the materials of a terrorist organization” was held at İstanbul 22. High Criminal Court. The court announced that there was no response to the rogatory they sent to Germany in order to take Dündar’s testimony. Hearing was adjourned until 18 July.
