June 4, Tuesday
10:35 – The trial of Cumhuriyet newspaper writer Barış Pehlivan and Responsible Managing Editor Ozan Alper Yurtoğlu, on charges of “insulting the president” and “insulting a public official,” will be held at Istanbul 15th Criminal Court of First Instance.
11:30 – The sixth hearing of the trial against journalist Barış Pehlivan and former Publication Coordinator of Cumhuriyet newspaper Mustafa Büyüksipahi, charged with “insulting a public official” over reports about Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) member Hamit Kocabey, will be held at Ankara 19th Criminal Court of First Instance.
13:35 – The trial of journalist Onur Öncü, accused of “publicly insulting a person’s memory” over a social media post regarding the death of Taner Ay mentioned in Sedat Peker’s disclosures, will be held at Ankara Criminal Court. Öncü, represented by MLSA, will give his statement via instructions at Küçükçekmece 19th Criminal Court of First Instance.
June 5, Wednesday
09:30 – The trial of journalist Hamdiye Çiftçi, detained for two years and released, will continue at Hakkari 1st High Criminal Court as part of the ‘KCK case.’
09:55 – The 18th hearing of the trial of artist Ferhat Tunç, charged with “inciting hatred and enmity among the public,” will be held at Büyükçekmece 4th Criminal Court of First Instance.
11:30 – The hearing of the appeal against the prison sentence given to Bitlis Journalists Association President Sinan Aygül, accused of insulting his attackers, will be held at Tatvan 1st Criminal Court of First Instance.
June 6, Thursday
09:40 – The fourth hearing of the trial of journalist Sedef Kabaş, charged with “insulting the president,” will be held at Istanbul Anatolian 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
10:40 – The trial of Eren Keskin, Hüseyin Aykol, Reyhan Çapan, and Ayşe Batumlu Kaya on charges of “making propaganda for a terrorist organization” and “publicly inciting to commit a crime” in connection with the ‘Co-Editor-in-Chief Campaign’ initiated in solidarity with Özgür Gündem newspaper will continue at Istanbul 14th High Criminal Court.
11:45 – The second hearing of the trial of journalist Rojda Oğuz, charged under the ‘censorship law’ for sharing claims on social media that police seized HDP’s earthquake relief supplies, will be held at Bakırköy 19th Criminal Court of First Instance.
14:00 – The third hearing of the trial of journalist Furkan Karabay, charged with “slander” and “insult” following a complaint by President Erdoğan’s former lawyer Mustafa Doğan İnal, will be held at Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
14:40 – The 15th hearing of the trial of Etkin News Agency (ETHA) editor Pınar Gayıp, charged with “being a member of a terrorist organization” for covering a funeral for a news report, will be held at Istanbul 26th High Criminal Court.

11:25 – The 13th hearing of the trial of artist Ferhat Tunç, charged with “insulting” Binali Yıldırım, will be held at Büyükçekmece 16th Criminal Court of First Instance.
10:08 – The second hearing of the 50,000 TL non-pecuniary damage lawsuit filed by Istanbul Judicial Commission President Bekir Altun against journalist Furkan Karabay for “violation of personal rights” will be held at Istanbul Anatolian 27th Civil Court of First Instance.
14:00 – The third hearing of the trial against 20 relatives of the disappeared, charged with “violating the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations No. 2911” due to the 950th weekly protest of the Saturday Mothers/People, will be held at Istanbul 39th Criminal Court of First Instance.
